Toy Terms & Conditions

  1. Please inspect the parcel immediately upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, take photos before opening and check the item condition.

  2. Any issues must be reported within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  3. For toys with batteries, we recommend replacing batteries upon receipt. Remove batteries if the toy is not in use for an extended period.

  4. Electronic toys must be handled with care. Rough use, dropping, or throwing may cause damage and shorten product lifespan.

  5. All toys are sold without warranty. No refund or replacement will be provided for issues reported after 7 days.
