Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. In your cart please double check your order and key in promo code if you have. Click“Check Out”button
  5. Choose Express checkout or Standard checkout.
  6. Fill up all your details and choose payment methods.
  7. Last, click “Placed Order Now”.

4.Instalment up to 3 months with 0% interest. Choose Split pay while checkout. T&C applied.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Detail” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.

Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

Q. Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Ready stock will be processed within 3-5 working days. Pre-order ETA usually takes 3 weeks or up to 6 weeks. Please contact us for more information .

Courier Company Delivery usually will takes about 3-5 working days. Tracking number will be updated on customers' order via email.

Q. Can i order ready stock & pre-order item in single receipt ?

We strongly suggest you to place two order otherwise will ship out only when all the stock arrive.

At the moment our website is able to ship Malaysia & Singapore. For others country please email to us for shipping fee quote.
